I hope you all can see this in the photos. On his/her dorsal fin it looks like the skin has come off the first fin (bone). Curious to see what you all think

I see a white dot....maybe it scraped itself on a rock.....how is it acting?

if you think it is a scrape.....give it some food soaked in vitamins for a few days (just in case)

He is acting fine, as much as I know, he swims around the live rock, grazing, he eats mysis and algea sheets. He is pretty cool to watch. He has had this for a couple of weeks now. What kind of vitamin?

Selcon is a good one......or vita-chem.....just a drop or 2 in its food....then feed as usual

IDK...I don;t use that stuff in my tanks....vitamins will help the fish's health, and hopefully build it up to fight off any possible infection

I used it in my freshwater tanks, it says for marine as well. I used it when my fish got shocked from the heater. They hid but as soon as I added the stresscoat they came out like nothing was wrong, so it must of made them feel better...the shock had to hurt.

Vitamins make sense to fight infection, I was thinking the stresscoat would make a boo boo feel better is all.
