Please post your experience with a Coral Beauty in a reef setup. Thank you!
Edit - I made the poll so you could answer if you have owned more than one CB and have had different experiences. Thanks!

I have a cb in my 75 gallon with a bunch of softies and it hasn't touched any of them that I've seen.

It says there's been 5 Votes, and it's showing 5 Votes for #1, but it's also showing 1 vote for each of the others.

Yes, I did. But wouldn't it still say 8 votes? It doesn't say "voters" - it says "votes." It's not letting me see WHO voted, so I can't see that a real person voted. By the time I first checked it, there were 3 votes - 3 for the first, then 1, 1, 1.
It also shows 100% for the votes for #1, and then additional percentages by the rest. It seems like they aren't real votes.

Are you talking about right under the poll? Mine says "Multiple Choice Poll. Voters: 6. You have already voted on this poll" (voters not votes
). I think the percentages might be the percent of how many people chose that option (100% b/c all 6 voted for the first and 16.67% b/c 1/6=16.67 rounded). I hope that makes since.

There is no point in asking. Some eat corals some dont. It is up to the fish. There is no % of how many nip. It is if the fish wants to or not.

It cannot be 100% for one and still have votes elsewhere.
That's fuzzy math!

From the looks of the poll results, it's not such a gray area.

Forddna, the only way you can be sure you get a CB that doesn't eat corals, is to buy one for the sole purpose of trimming your corals.

If you buy one in hopes that it will not eat your corals, it prolly will,
and if you by one hoping it will keep your corals from growing over each other then it won't touch them.
That's just the way it is.
Same with peppermint shrimp
anemones hosting clowns
angels in reefs
etc...

Ha..my clowns have been in the tank for a whole day, and they've already claimed my little Frogspawn frag.

You're right, though. I think I'm willing to take the risk, though.

There is nothing wrong with trying. You just need to know he might nip.
