Water perameters are all good Nitrites 0 Nitrates 0 Phosphates 0 Amonia 0 ph 8.2 Salenity 1.023 temp 79, I do weekly 10% water changes. Noticed color change yesterday. All other fish are fine 2 fales percula and a dragon pipe fish and 11lbs live rock.Fish activity seems normal. I am feeding New Life Spectrum Marine fish formula (pellets), and frozen misis shrimp ever second or thrid day. This was the last fish I added to the tank, just about 2 weeks ago, tank has been running for just about 4 months. Tank is 32 gal. No QT working on getting one.
Looked through the fish desiese form found a couple it could be any one have an opinion?

I cant be sure if this is all due to nutrional or not but his diet def needs to be tweeked a bit no matter what.angels have to have sponge in their daily diet and angel formulated food is the only foods prepaired with natural seasponges that all angels require for good health.the spectrum pellets are very nutricous and give a large variety of nutrients not found in alot of other foods but still does not contain sponge and needs to be fed this daily.ocean nutrition makes a pigmy angel formula(frozen) spacificly formulated for dwarf angels i highly reccomend this for your coral beauty.as for whats wrong with your fish to be honest I dont know for sure. hopefuly beth will be able to help diagnose the problem on an illness related prognosis.

He has ragged worn fins would could either be nutritional issue, or a bacterial infection. I would start by getting a variety of quality foods into this fish 3x a day, with the addition of zoecon to 1 meal a day. Try target feeding using a turkey baster. You may want to seriously consider making your own quality fresh food, something along the line of the recipe posted in the FAQ Thread.

She was getting better after getting the proper vitamins, colors were coming back.
Woke up this morning and my coral beauty was gone, she was in there last night. Check the floor under all the liverock, she is just gone!
I have a rather small clean up crew, 2 small hermit crabs, 2 turbo snails large, 10 needle snails, 1 sea eurchant. It is only a 32gal tank.
Anyone have an explanation?

I personally don't think you have enough live rock in there to sustain an angel fish. That may have been why it was not very healthy.
I am sorry to hear you lost him though.
