If you have a reef tank than yess there is a big difference
I am willing to try the coral beauty in a reef but i dont trust a flame
Myself personally would prefer the Flame over the coral beuty, I find the flame to have better personality
But either one does fine

It depends on if your LFS uses copper in his holding tanks or not. If he guarantees you he does not I would go with the flame angel. Much more ascetically pleasing fish IMO.
I would not buy a flame that has been exposed to copper and most LFS use it in there holding tanks. The flame may have still been exposed to copper before he ever got to your LFS so the flame is going to be more of a gamble for you especially as it is almost always more expensive.
