Coral Beauties are one of the least likely to nip at corals along with the Flame Angel. This is why these are both the most popular of the dwarf angels.
I happen to own both and neither has ever nipped at my corals or clams.
When fed a proper diet and given lots of variety, they will rarely nip at corals. People who experience nippers USUALLY do not give enough food or the proper diet. Some people have noted that they are less likely to nip corals that already exist in the tank than they are to new comers. New corals can be seen as an intrusion of territory and this is when nipping can sometimes occur, but is usually very rare. I've added numerous corals after my dwards, and they're fine.
They do tend to be more aggressive (this goes for all dwarf angels), especially towards newcomers to the tank and should be one of the last fish to be added to the tank.
They should not be placed in a new tank. They need established live rock to pick at throughout the day. If you plan on getting one, I highly recommend using Boyd's Vita-Chem liquid vitamins and adding to their food as well as feeding them a good omnivore diet (I really like San Francisco Bay Brand's EMERALD ENTREE) as well as offering algae/seaweed sheets. They also really like Mysis shrimp.
This is all good and sound advice. I could not add anything other than mine was the last addition to the tank. He often goese at it with my royal gamma.
