one question about coral beauty. is it reef safe or is it not? i have heard both it is and is not, which is it? anyone have any first hand experience with this fish? does it pick on any kind of corals? how fast does it grow?
It's just like you heard. It's a hit or miss thing. One may success with angel another one may fail. It's pretty much same about any angelfish within the reef environment. But... most of the people i know or read their posts had success with angels.
has anyone ever had their coral beauty pick at corals and then end up killing the coral? what kind of coral did the coral beauty pick at? i am interested in getting one, but dont know if it will devaste my reef tank? what do u all think?
I personally think coral beauty's are one of the less likely of the dwarf angels to pick at coral. I've always had Fiji beauty's and never had a problem. You may have more of a problem with clams than with coral.
