Coral Catfish Big Belly

Hello all...Im hoping to get some insight on a Coral Catfish that has a ginormous belly.
It was first noticed about 3 weeks ago, and continues to grow. The fish does not seem to be in any kind of distress.
The current theories are that it is a female that will soon be laying eggs, or some kind of stomach blockage that is not allowing the full digestion process to be completed. (poop)
Any suggestions as to what might be happening will definitely be appreciated. Ive included some pictures to hopefully get some answers.

It looks like it's still in the juvenile stage to me. I think it has some internal issue. I'm not much help but I do think it's sick.
