Coral Filter feeding

I was wondering if anyone knew if Kent's Phytoplex was any good or not. Also, how it is on the fish. If this isn't a good product, please advise me on one that is the best for coral growth and won't harm the fish.
Thanks,
Jo

Phytoplex will not harm your fish, but if over used it can cause nitrate problems. I prefer DT's phytoplankton because it's a living culture, where as Kent's is not. Niether will directly feed most corals, they feed the zooplanktons in the system that the corals feed on and feed your sesslie inverts which also indirectly feed your corals during attempts at reproduction. Both can be a problem if over used.

Dan, I appreciate the info. I heard that Dt's was better, but have been unable to find at any LFS. I'm going to return this stuff, as I noticed a date on it for September 2002. And, I don't want any trouble unnecessary, you know.
Thanks again,
Jo - in Raleigh, NC:)
