water parameters?
ammonia, nitrites, nitrates, calcium, iodine, magnesium, hardness, these are all things we need to know. How old are your bulbs, how old is the tank, what temp, we need some background info please to be able to help

well now we know why your coral are not growing
you have to feed the coral phitoplankton
dt's is the best brand hands down
also your levels may be fine but you still need to do 10% water changes a week to pull all the stuff we cant test out of the water

i agree with sign guy, you need to do water changes on a regular basis to replenish all of the trace elements nessicary for continued growth, also magnesium is one of the most important tests, along with calcium and hardness, (dkh if i am not mistaken) these parameters are especially important when dealing with stony corals like you have. DT's is the oficial name of that food, DT'S PHYTOPLANKTON it is in fact a great product, i would dose your tank once a week with it, also try a filter food that contains zooplankton, it is a little bit larger sized plankton and your corals will also appreciate it, zoo plan comes to mind as a good product

kent marine phytoplex is a food but it is not alive as dt's. Go to dtplankton.com and read more

i use a variety of kent filter feeding foods...they work great...coral in my tank grows like crazy...i use coral accel, zooplex, microvert, and phytoplex....i put mix a small amount of each in a dixie cup then add some water from my tank to it...then just spot feed you corals in the general area, or just dump the food in your tank...they will eat it up...whatever you think is the right amount of food do about half that....i feed my fish and corals every three days

In Charlotte eh? Whereabouts?
Anyway, the only thing I ever fed my corals was cyclop eeze. I spot feed them. That's for the LPS's, all stonies and softies would get nothing.

Hammer, Torch, Bubble, and frogspawn all need very high light requirements. Do you have them up near the surface??
I also use D'T's phyto.., and oyster eggs
