iTS A BLASTO!!!!!! YAAAAYYYY! hehehehe. yeah thats definatrly a blasto....kickster, it jsut depends on teh colony...this one is probably much younger than yours because it doesnt grow on stalks just yet, but given time it definately will!
congrats grant on a sweet coral1 one of my favorite LPS!

well i touched it like the guy said and it feels very stony. It had no effect on the coral whatsoever. Nothing closed or anything.

not all favites look like that- it does look like a blasto now- but then again i have seen favites that look exactly like that- what is bothering me is that those polyps are growing so close to the rock- they do not look elevated whatsoever

grant- when the polyps close- is there space betwen the tissue- i.e can you see the rock or a skeleton?

when i touch the thing nothing happens nothing closes

that is the only thing- blastos are touch responsive- they retract into their skeletons
