Looks like Star Polyps to me. Can you take a picture when the polyps are out/extended?
If that's what it is, it may go by a few different names;
Briarium sp.
Clavularia sp.
Green Star Polyps (GSP)
Pachyclavularia violacea
The list of possible names goes on and on. Honestly, I cant differentiate between the scientific names listed above, but I can tell you that are are very similar. It's most likely safe to call these GSPs.

if they are star polyps which that is what they look like, they like a good current going across them, and live off the light. They grow like crazy and look cool with a power head blowin on them .

Med/High flow and low/med light
I dont feed em anything, they're photosynthetic
They grow SUPER fast... take a look at the 2nd picture. you can see where they have grown from the original (covered) rock onto the rock near them. That amount of growth happened in only 2 months time.

ohhh yeah, my first reef tank was a 20 gal, and i have grown to 125 gal in about 2 years, most of all my corals started in the 20gal, and as they grew, they kept givin me an excuss to get a bigger tank. hehe

They'll definitely do well under that lighting. They're not a highly demanding coral. A good starter coral.

Yeah, I feel kinda dumb, I also bought a coral piece and forgot what my LFS told me what the name of it was. Here is a picture of it, I know that there are mushrooms on it, but I am not to sure what the other coral is. Also, how much water flow do the mushrooms and the other coral need. Thanks for any help anyone could give me.

Looks like zenia from the pic, kinda thick stalks but still looks like zenia IMO. Zenia needs med to high flow IME and the brighter the light, the better. Good luck.
