Lighting sounds good. Is the RBTA new?
I'm not judging the anemone's health just based on the pic, but also your description of it being white like milk. There's no such thing as a white healthy anemone.
Also, long tentacles aren't known to split in captivity like bubble tips do, so I wouldn't hold my breath on that. :)

If it is new, did you buy it on e-bay? Some jackass is selling bleached RBTAs as "rare pink bubble tips," hes putting them up for like $60

This is my "milky" looking one and he didn't use to look like this. I know mine is bleached. Bettter than last week but recovering.

hey Key00west I live in Holiday and was wondering if you could hook me up with a cup of sand for my tank to boost the diversity. Also if u have any lr for sale maybe from a sump or something i could pic it up. I t is a ten gallon nano so i really only need a coupla more pounds. like 3 or 4
