thanks Thomas.. yah I had alot of the surface debris, before I went with the overflow and put in sump.. I also added to my surface agitation to get rid of it.. by having a pump with nozzle pointed at the surface of the tank, to allow for better air exchange. (Sorry for the hi-jack) I just wanted to know what the DOC meant... Thanks again Thomas.

Sorry I couldn't get a top view. My cousin doesn't have a digital camera or an email address. I'm not even sure if he has a computer. Not a high tech kinda guy. LOL!
I figured out by taking it the pic to my LFS and they told me. Thanks every1
