hey i am looking for a new light i am look at a 36" metal halide 250 t5 ho lighting what do u think well i be able to keep all corals..........

It depends on how big your tank is >
But thats enough to keep all type of corals in a tank size of up to 40G.
any larger would enable u to keep mostly softies, and maybe some stonies at Top..

ok my tank is a 90g and if not what u do say i need to get???
my tank is 4 feet across but idk who deep

well how much would that run and where could i get these light and where is a good place to look at lights or where to look at them

check out hello lights as well.
The problem with a single light is that you tank likely has a brace in the middle and so if you only get the single MH bulb, the brace will create a shadow. So generally, you need 2x150w or 2x250w to avoid the shadow.

ya it does i have found some they r 250w put i did not know if that was bright enough.... and what water should i use i am useing water that i buy at walmart but i have bought a ro filter now so thank..... TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK

2x250w will be all the light you need.
As to the RO water, it should be better than the walmart water
