Coral Placement

I have a 55 gallon with 4x65W PC lighting. I am still trying to save up for T5s but for now I will try to make the best of what I have. I see that a lot of the LPS corals need medium-high light. Would the sandbed of the tank qualify as medium light? Everything I read says either "medium" or "high" light requirements but I don't know how that relates to my lighting setup. Any information would be helpful. The only thing I can think of is that "high" lighting would be as far up the tank as possible (not a big epiphany, but that's all I got).

With PC lighting I would say no where in you tank equals high light. You must have mh to meet that requirement. Not to say you cant keep a high light coral under something else. JMO
