coral poo? ? spawn? have pics

hello there,
this mushroom has been dumping these bluish green`balls out of it's mouth for going on 15 minutes. I have never seen this come from a mushroom before, I have seen a stringy brown substance before and smart money would call it poo. Do mushrooms lay eggs when they spawn or is this just another form of ummm uhhhh , well poo

the only time I've ever had shrooms have dis colored blotches like that is when either a good sized rock has fallen on it and scuffed it pretty bad or when I have cut one into four pieces to propagate it and it is right in between dying or re generating :thinking:

it's done
now seems to be shriveling up, maybe it is on it's way out and if so hope it's not catchy
have to keep an eye on it.
the sun polyps spawned a little while back have a bunch of tiny polyps all over, that would be all I need a million mushrooms

well, the shroom did not die, it's alive and well, swelling up looking like it's ready for round two. I hope it's just been constipated, Crox if I end up with a million shrooms, everyone can have some

They could be spawning, just a guess. Some corals release eggs and sperm into the water were it mixes and next thing you know little polyps start springing up.
I'm not sure if this particular shroom reproduces this way or not though. Generally this happens in the wild and coincides with moon phases and tide.
Another good way to tell is if they start knitting tiny little booties.

that's where my knitting needles went, I have been looking all over for them. looks like the mushrooms are having a hard time keeping those cigars lit.
who knows, the coral is still alive and doing well. I've done a little research and it seems mushrooms have different sexes, male and female while some other corals are hermaphrodites. I did not notice any of the boy mushrooms extending there umm uhhh polyps while this was going on

From the males all you would see is a puff of umm... smoke. Yeah thats it.
Then he ignores the female and rummages around in the fridge, eventually going to sleep and bragging to all his friends the next day.
