Coral putty?

In several pictures I've seen a putty like substance used to hold new corals in place. What do you call this and can I find it in hardware stores? Is there a specific type to get that is not toxic to marine life?

I use a "3 LITTLE FISHIES" product I think.

aquamend epoxy at home depot is identicle to marineland epoxy from what I can tell. I use both.

as a suggestion get loc tite super glue and mix the two products together. (use gloves)
I find the putty alone does not work that well if you are doing a wet application.
