Ok I have a 10 gallon nano that has been going for about 3 months and I looking to add some plant life corals, zoo, polyps whatever. I have 15 lbs of cruched coral and 15 lbs of fiji LR. Tank has eclipse 1tl hood with 2 eclipse F15T8 natural daylight bulbs during the day and a blue LED setup which has about 15 LED's for night time.
Livestock is
1-small maroon clown
2 small yellowtail damsels
1-small yellow watchman goby
1-med. tiger pistol shrimp
1- purple urchin
12- blue leg hermits
10 small cerith snails
2-med mexican turbo snails
and some small feather dusters that are being slowly destroyed be the pistil shrimp.
So my question is what if any plant life could I add with this setup and not upgrading my lights again?

Yea, I agree with Joe, you are overstocked. In a 10 gallon you should only have 1-2 fish and they need to be real small also. If you haven't already, you will most likely have trouble keeping your water parameters in check, I'd be doing weekly water changes to be safe or lose some of the fish. As far as the plants, I don't think most people add them to their displays, they are usually added to the refugium to help with filtration. If you want them in there I suppose you could add them but I'm not real sure about types, sizes, etc... as for the coral, you are somewhat limited with crushed coral as your substrate. Also, I don't really know what type of lights those are? Are they normal output flourescents, power compacts? What's their wattage? We'd need more specifics to help. Good Luck. :)

I added some bunch caulerpa to my 125 and it was the biggest mistake I have made yet. I had to remove 1/4 of the live rock and put it in a sump with no light to kill it off. It was taking over everything!

by plants i mean corals. The tank is in no way overstocked all the fish are small and I'm probably going to get rid of the damsels eventually anyways. My water levels are all good I do 20% water change everyweek everything is very healthy. The bulbs I'm guessing are 15 watts a piece so 30 watts total.

That is a normal output lighting system and won't be enough light for corals (ok, maybe you could keep mushrooms). You would need to look into power compact lighting for your tank if you want corals.
And you are absolutely over-stocked for fish. This isn't freshwater. You can't have nearly the stocking density as you can with FW. The maroon clown alone will grow too big for that tank, even if it were the only fish in your tank. Add in those others and you have an ammonia bomb waiting to explode.
In a ten gallon tank you are looking at being able to keep one 2" adult size fish. You easily have 12" to 14" of adult size fish in that tank.

A pair of percs or occellaris clowns would be fine. As stated, with what you have now you're headed for big trouble. No flameing intended .... we're just trying to help. :D
