coral question

I have a 1 gal pico tank that has 1 crab, mushrooms, zoos, feather duster, ricordia, green star polyps. I give the crab a small piece of pellet every otherday. Since there is no fish in this little tank and all corals do I need to supplement it with anything for them??
I know that the majority of them rely on light but I don't want to starve them either if I should be giving them something.

i dont know if you have to for all those but what i do is i do a multi-suplement sorta thing for the calcium level for my crabs so if you do that it will help the crab plus it might help your corals look healthier. and i dont know if im completely right so if im wrong someone correct me.

You could add some phytoplankton to the tank. Also adding a vitamin fluid wouldn't hurt.
DT's Phytoplankton and Zoe (vitamin)
Don't abuse the phytoplankton though or you will end up with algae outbreaks.
