Westwind you did yourself a favor by spilling water on those surge protectors by Coralife.....
LOL...I forgot about the useless surge protectors.
Weatwind, There is only one Coralife Aqualife Elite. They don't have a large and small version. My lights are the 48" same as yours. The only other MH light system I had was a retrofit, the Coralife was too heavy for the useless plastic legs that came with it. So I hung the lights on a pulley system so they would be easier to manage. (I'm disabled and the lights are heavy) I only mentioned the weight because if they are shipped it will cost plenty. LOL...but if you want some parts I have them, and I do still have two Coralife ballasts.

They were great, and actually even after the water issues they still worked perfect even though the LCD half crapped out. When the batteries died it was too hard to reset everything without a working display so that is when I trashed them. They ran fine for years without an issue. I ended up getting replacements from home depot as I search everywhere but could not find these. One side of the strip is constant power the other side is off the digital timer. I make sure to split my system between the 2 that way in case one does fail the system still does get light and filtration until I can catch the problem.
