I was shopping around for a calcium reactor and the coralife series was at a reasonable price range. just wanted some feed back as far as the performance, durability, and overall satisfaction of the product. or do you think i should save up some more for other products??
thanks

I've not read good reviews for this reactor. Everything I've read is that it is very cheaply made, and leaks easily. If you want a Ca reactor for a good price, I'd check out the selling/trading forum on the other site.

I love them. I run three of them. I have never had a problem with them at all. the only recommendation I have is get a second effluent chamber just to make sure all co2 has been absorbed.

you mind if i ask how big your tank is, and is it the 250 or 500 version?
thanks for your help
This pic is the 250 on 125 frag tank I have the 500 on my living room show tank. They do a great job. The more I think about potential problems, it maybe the o-rings not sitting in the channel right. Like anything else, If debris gets under or on the o-ring a proper seal will not be made. That’s the only thing I can think of.
