Coralife Mini Aqualight T5 Dual Aquarium Lamp Fixture

Hello,
I want to start a 10g reef only tank for my bedroom, Mostly soft corals and i was looking at this T5 fixture but wasnt sure if anyone has any experience with this light? I/m having trouble finding a T5 fixture that is at least 20" wide for the tank.
I do not believe it's HO or VHO.

That fixture only holds 9" lamps at 6w each for only 12w total.
Current USA and Aquaticlife offer 18" and 20" respectively, fixtures that will fit a standard 10g with (2) 18w lamps for a total of 36 watts.

I have read that watts really dont matter, that there wasn't a specific wattage needed? But i will defenitly look at them, since right now, the tank is cycling with live rock!
