id have to buy a chiller if i used MH on my tank...its only 10 inches deep...u cant possibly tell me that 130watts pc isnt enough to keep softies in my tank...unless of course ur the noob at the fish store tryin to sell me sum outragous light source...like the guy who told me i needed a 48inch light for my 30inch long tank..i mean really..wtf?? what is the rating on 48inch fopr pc?? like 260watts or sumthing?? a bit overkill..also like half of the light would be wasted just spilling onto my stand....pc will work just fine for what i plan on doing with my tank!

I think you will be satisfied with the odysea equipment. I have had a skimmer for 3 years now and never had aproblem..Also used 2 of the 48" pc's 2 years no problems..and as of now I have the MH setup from odysea for a year now and no problems... Some people definitely equate money to quality..not always true in my opinion..

Your missing what I am saying. Odyssea is making the units for Coralife. So if you buy a 2007 version Coralife fixture, your essentially buying an Odyssea. Coralife has contracted Odyssea to make them for them.
