Coralife super skimmer

If I use this for a hang on skimmer how much room in inches does it need above the tank? I've a got a canopy and probably about 6" of clearance right now.

What size superskimmer? The smallest model, rated at 65 gallons might fit.

Are you able to sit your canopy forward just slightly to get the hang on to sit there? That is what I had to do.

I think I remember reading somewhere that it sticks up about 6" above the tank.

Thanks for the replies; the Prizm I've got right now is junk and it barely fits so I'm looking at the Coralife rated for a 65g tank. I don't know if I'd be able to slide the canopy forward or not. I'll check tonight and also take a measurement.
