Coraline Algae on the Back of the Tank

Depends. If you have a stand-alone tank like mine, meaning no sump, refugium, etc. the coraline on the back of the tank comes in handy for camouflage. However, if you have everything plum-ed in, and the tank can basically be enjoyed from every angle, then there is nothing prettier than having all the glass nice and clean, and viewable from every angle, IMO.

I completely disagree...it should be scraped off...and sent to me in a little bag so that I can get some growing on the back of my tank!

Well I've been fighting to keep mine clean of coraline and it's about to get the best of me. I like it clean but I'm starting to think it's not all that bad. lol
