Coraline algae?

I've noticed in the past few weeks or maybee a month I have had a decline in coraline algae growth. What do you think is causing this is my water doing something or do I need to add a little calsium or something like that. I have never put anything in my tank like calsium or stuff like that, the reason is I just bought 60lbs of base rock and I want it to grow on it as well. Also I am moving my 55 gal tank into a 125 tank pretty soon and was wondering if I could use some of the CC fromm My 55 to seed my sand bed in my 125 and if so how much crushed coral can I use? One more question is how long will it take the base rock to become live if I put it with about 90lbs of live rock. Here is a pic of my 55 and my 125.

1.024 SG and good alk/ calcium quality.
thats it.... and you can scrape the living stuff off of a rock and blow it with a powerhead to help spread it.
