try using purple up. maybe someone already said that. try it. i use agramilk, and that seems to help once you get a bit in your tank. i know that you have to have a little for either of them to work, so good luck.

I do a water change every other week with a top off every week. i change about 20 gallons (22%). Its a 90g tank
the thing is i use a liquid calcium that i pour into the tank about 10 ml of it twice a week for the snails and shrimps and what not and i pour about 10 ml of iodine once a week.
i was having algae problems a week or 2 ago and was asked to put some powerheads in the tank and its been working well so far no algae blooms or anything. im gonna put two more in pretty soon. 3 days or so
I've been told that ur calcium should be around 450-550. Esp if you have shrimp, snails, and corals.
