What is the quickest way to get the coraline algea to grow on your LR. Have been looking at the before and after pics and some have alot of coraline and to be honest I am a little jealous

maintain water quality, no phosphates (phosphates are detrimental to coraline) high flow, medium/low light (preferably), keep your calcium and alkalinity in range. then the hardest part. wait. there is no instant way to grow coraline, uyou can seed your tank with samples of live coraline by brushing rocks that have coraline on them with a tooth brush or scraping it off with a screwdriver or butterknife.

wait 6-8 months after setting up of ur tank. also, a product called purple up will speed it up somewhat.

I swaped my 65 reef to a 125 with a 55 refugium about 7 weeks ago and have coraline growing everywhere. So it may not take all to long.
