coraline turnin white??

My coraline has like a white film on it... I took a toothbrush and ll the film came off and the colors were very brilliant, but this mornig turned on the lights the film is back?? Im adding agramilk and coral vital and kent super buffer... tank is still in the cycle stage.. hopes this info helps

Definetly not an expert but I have an idea... since your tank is cycling. It might be die off. Just a thought and I'm sure others are going to add on to that..

If your tank is cycling then this is probably die off, don't worry the coraline will come back as long you have plenty of water motion, light, and keep your clacium and alkalinity right. To get the coraline to come back quicker put a piece of rock with a lot of coraline on it in front of one of your powerheads and the coraline will be seeded thoughout the tank.
