coraline turning white?

on my back glass i have a lot of coraline, and some parts are turning white..
i think its dying. any reasons for it? :notsure:
how do i revive it?

hmm, well my lighting was off or VERY low for a week. i just got it upraded. so should it get normal again?
my CA is low too.. how do i raise it? i dont have a sump or reactors..

yeah.. if your light was low.. then you did an upgrade.. then thats your culprit
dosing Ca... dont forget to dose and test dkh along with it
i like b-ionic... a balanced incremental ca-dkh dosing system.. it would be best if you dosed in a sump.. but you can dose directly in your tank as long as you do it VERY slowly and in a high flow area. BUT, dont dose in a high flow area that is gonna immediately shoot the additive directly at a coral (another reason dosing a sump is better)

the Ca part yeah.. but the dkh part... i would just add it extremely slow in front of a powerhead
if you add the dkh to a small glass of saltwater... it will probably precipitate (depending on how much you are adding and how much water you are adding it to)
