Corallife v.s. Instant Ocean

i have heard the complete opposite about Oceanic. My water change system is the same as Cowfish's. I don't have a single complaint about Oceanic.

I use Oceanic and love it. For the same price as Instant Ocean, it contains calcium and trace elements that IO doesnt.
Isn't Tropic Marin and Instant Ocean the same manufacturer?? :notsure:

i prefer instant ocean as i am using it right now. it seems to work fine in my tank.

Uh, Instant Ocean > CoralLife, simply because it has my fish on the front(Clownfish) ands because the other salt mixes are as gay as a picnic. p.s. Scarface rocks like....wiggiity WORD!...........]

no Reef Crystals and instant ocean are from the same company
Tropic Marin is some one else i believe
I would guess it just boils down to a matter of preference and what you have been using for a long time
I have used instant ocean, reef crystals, tropic marin and oceanic and never had any probs with any of them. I currently use instant ocean only because my store is not selling tropic marin rite now but I will be switching back to it as soon as the start carriing it again.

Reef Crystals IS Instant Ocean with additional calcium and trace elements. All Reef Crystals start out as Instant Ocean. Same Manufacturer, same batches, etc.

I used Tropic Marin. Used to use Instant Ocean when I first started but had to use a buffer to keep my ph up.
