Ok my tank is about 3 months old, i used about 10% of the water from my 55gal to my 125gal, transfered all the rocks and sand from the 55gal to the 125gal. I'm getting coralline algae everywhere!! Does this mean my tank is safe for a stingray and that it is mature?? I'm asking the reef tank department because u all know about the coralline algae. I remember on my 55gal, i went for like 8 months then the coralline started to come in.

Can't help you in regards to it being safe and ready but from what I hear once coraline starts growing it sort of indicates all is well with water quality for the most part, just as a general indicator., I have no experience with eels, yet alone what they do nor do not requre, but if amonia and nitrate / nitrite are all where they should be, I would think it should be fine.
Both my tanks are relatively young yet and I am still waiting for my signs of coraline growth.
