I've grown coralline under flourescent lighting! All you have to do is keep your alkalinity up between 8 to 12 dkH, your calcium levels between 420 to 480 ppm and I don't necessarily worry about magnesium, but you can monitor it and adjust it to 1300+ppm.

I couldn't get mine to go until I started scraping it a little to get some to come off like powder. Now it won't stop.

beautiful tank. How big and how old is it?

Get a piece of Live rock with it already onit and scrap some off with a toothbrush and let it flow around the tank. Thats what it did and it worked fine. Aslo time is needed for sure.
