corals and bristle worms

I was wondering what bristle worms do to corals that affect their health?
I heard that the sunrise dottyback really likes bristleworms and that they are good if your corals are lloking bad due to bristleworms.
I have seen bristleworms in my tank, but never thought they were bad. Thoughts and stories?

not all bristle worms are bad 90% are good and you want them in your tank the down side is some eat coral and some of them will sting you
