coralvue

i am going to retro fit a 400watt metal halide over my tank and i still need a blub, and was wondering if coralvue is any good. please read CoralVUE, so you dont get it mixed up with coralife. thanks.
Im not really concerned about the life, since im sure it will be atleast 6 months, i hope

Get a Coralvue Reeflux bulb.......ths is a great bulb (10k or 12k).
I use a 250 watt 10k on my reef. It has a nice crisp white color.....

coralvue products are as good as any (alot better than coralife since you mentioned it). buy from the right places the service is as good as any as well.

wow thanks, this means a lot, since a 400w coralife is 120 dollars and a coralvue is only 40 dollars

I wouldn't get the plain Coralvue bulbs......the Coralvue Reeflux bulbs are the good ones...

ok, well today i went to the lfs, and they had the reeflux blubs there for 90 dollars, so i guess im going to get that, oh and its a 12k. now just need to make the pendant.
