Correct Feeding

I have 6 fish...A Huma Huma, Powder Blue Tang, Tomato Clow, Percula Clown, Blue Damsel and a Rainbow Wrasse. How much food should I be feeding them? It seems that my amonia level is at .25 but I can be sure between 0 and .25. I figured that it might be from over feeding. I usually feed them a 3 x 3 inch squar of the see weed and two cubes of frozen food with a little bit of flake in the morning. Am I overfeeding?

 Ummm...yeah, your over feeding!!
2 cubes AND some flake??
The seaweed is OK, but make sure you remove it when you get home from work and don't replace it til the next day. As far as the other stuff... Way to much. Alternate flakes-frozen each day. For flakes a medium pinch will do for frozen a half a cube is plenty. Your fish will look skinny if it's not enough, but they will be fine. It takes them a LONG time to starve when they are getting any food at all and even longer when you have the algae sheets in there.
To little food is way better than ammonia in the water.:)
