Add a Volitan Lion to a 135? I currently have a Pork Puffer, Niger Trigger, Koran Angel, and Sailfin Tang. Would I be pushing the limits with that?

IMO, you would be quite cramped adding more large fish. It's going to be tight with the current inhabitants.

Not so much the nigers, but the pork might if hes on the aggressive side. Most of the time they are absentminded, got bette things to do, ya know? Like rest on the bottom, swim up and down the side of the tank, sleep, swim up and down, and then eat and sleep some more. BUT, since yer tank is already pretty full, it would be illadvised to give you the go on that one. Yer tank is already quite stocked and i wouldnt risk putting anything else on that bioload

How are your nitrates in the tank? The only thing I would be worried about is if you already have nitrates either high or on the borderline of spiking. If you have a steady 0-20 nitrates every week (meaning they don't fluctuate past that range), it may not be a problem adding that fish.
I don't see a problem with the lion being nipped (unless you have a very aggressive puffer). My puffer and lion have gotten along perfectly fine for 10 months now.
