Could my lights be causing my cyanobacteria?

I have 2 coralife 10,000k 36" 30w, and i have 2 coralife 50/50. Are these lights alright? I am tired of cyanobacteria and need to figure this out! I use r/o water,uv sterilzer and a protein skimmer. Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated. Thanks-kevin

I am thinking of going with same 10,000k bulbs.What do you think of them?What color does the light look like,is it a blue light or what?Could you please describe for me.THANKS

The 10,000k lights are the white super daylight ones the 50/50 are half blue and half white. If you want totally blue thats the blue actnic.
