Couple RO/DI Questions

I have been running my RO/DI unit for over 6 months with the same cartridges. My TDS is around 34 going in and 0 coming out. Do I need to change the carbon or the micron sediment cartridges? If they needed to be replaced, wouldn't i get a TDS reading of more than 0?

I would wait until your getting on your outgoing TDS.

yeah, you should start getting a reading of 1-2ppm if not then i think you're ok for few more months. if no levels show up at the year period i would change them anyways..

Thanks for the replies. Just saved myself a few bucks. I was about to order new cartridges.
