Cowfish

I have been researching Longhorn Cowfish for quite some time, and finally moved one into the display tank this weekend. It's been eating like a cow (pun intended) since I've aquired it, and seems comfortable in its surroundings. Below you'll see the best picture I could snap (with the Foxface sneaking into the frame).
My question for those of you that have kept or keep a Longhorn Cowfish in your tanks, how long did they live, or how long have you had them? Longevity of the cowfish in captivity is one area where I haven't been able to find much information.
Thanks!

Good lookin fish, We've wanted one but afraid of the toxins they released when stressed or dying. The life span probley depends on it's diet and environment just like any other fish. Is it a juvi? Its not unheard of for a fish to live 10 years or longer. Good luck with him.

Back on topic,
-- UPDATE -- I just wanted to report to everyone that the cowfish has acclimated very well to the display tank, eats anything thrown at it including flakes, and not been harrassed at all by any of its tankmates which include a nosy juvenile French Angel, a Foxface, a Royal Gramma, and three Green Chromis. Feeding time is a little challenging as I have to feed the more aggressive eaters at one end of the tank where they're distracted from the cowfish who casually dines at the other end. It's really interesting watching it eat. The fish zones in on one piece of food, and becomes so determined to catch that piece that it passes up many other pieces before it catches its target. Just thought I'd share some of my experiences from the first few days of ownership.

Sorry to keep this thread alive, but I was able to get a few better photos. I still have a lot to learn about photography!

I have one that looks exactly like it. I've had her for almost a month now and yes, she eats everything and is fairly easy to maintain with the exception of the occasional ich outbreaks at which point in time I move her to the hospital tank and treat her with greenex. While acclimating her back and forth she does really well and is never unhappy. She swims upside down in the acclimation bowl spitting water out at me. It's hilarious to watch and she's got a great personality. By the way we named her "Bessy", imagine that. :D
