CPR HOB Refugium

I plan on building a HOB refugium some time this week. Does anyone have a CPR or similar HOB refugium that they can post pics of to give me an idea. Im not exactly sure how they work. Any help would be appreiciated. THanks

bump..Is there a u tube that just siphons into the refugium and the powerhead returns it to the tank??? Also how do you get the siphon started? Thanks

I don't have one, but I know how they work. A powerhead pumps water into the refugium, and the water gravity feeds back into the main tank.

Could I make it where it will siphon in and pump water out or will it kills the pods?

i think it's better to pump in so it won't flood during a power outage

Also where can I get a bulkhead and the plumbing for it?

bulkheads you can try some online fish specialty places.
regular plumbing stuff you can get at home depot, lowe's, online fish places have it too

I got one last question. I found some 1/4 in. plexiglass locally. Will this work? I appreciate the help.
