is any glue ok to use for gluing cpvc togehter as log as it is left to cure or are there certain types of glue/cement i should stay away from that cause harm to the tank?

cpvc should only b glued with cpvc solvent, it is yellow in color...be sure not to use pvc glue it will not properly weld pipe together

and it wont do any harm do any tank inhabitants or the water quality?

Im a master plumber, new to the hobby so cant say 100%....In my opinion it would be fine
