Crab Advice

I need some help with a crab... he's a zebra hermit I believe. Anyway, his name is Jean Claud and he's BIG and mean! I pull him off of other crabs throughout the day and in the morning there's usually a dead crab. He kills them, I've seen it!
He runs after them, grabs their shell and holds it facing him and his little eyes and legs and antennae or whatever just twitch. If the crab sticks out an arm it gets ripped of.. if they stick out more they get ripped from their shell and killed.
This crab is so mean that when I'm sitting in front of my tank he'll pace in front of me and "tink" his shell against the glass. Once I took my mag float over to him while he was doing this and he attacked it!
Soooo... what do I do with him?? I'm kind of anti-killing something when it's probably normal in nature but he's killing off my crabs (both red leg and other zebras). What would you do with him? Can he survive in my sump/fuge? There's 2 LRs in there, nothing else atm.

hermit crabs , especially the larger ones are still crabs. and 99% of crabs are opportunists and are by no means reef safe. If you want a large hermit, go with the electric blue legs and possibly there close relative the electric orange leg (halloween hermit) as they seem to be quite docile. i have had mine for a very long time with no incedent. as for micros I suggest Scarlet legs because they are the most timid. but even then, not too many because they will eat your snails.
heres a shot of mine
