Crab found in tank,is it safe ?

I bought some fuji live rock a few months ago. And found a rather large crab in my tank about 1 1/2 - 2 inches wide. It was hiding in a cave in the tank.I took a pic of it after I put it in my sump. Does any one know what it is and if its safe for fish w/live rock tank

Looks like he has pointy claws, (meaning bad). I wouldn't put him in my main display tank, especially a crab that big.
