crab ID please

Is this a teddy bear crab?
I couldn't find much info on the web. Is it harmless? My tank has been up for a year and half and this is the first time I've seen it. It practically crawed into the net so I was able to put it in a glass and get a good pic.I'd say it's 3/4" wide.

compairing the teddy bear pic on the U-build it section of this site, i think it looks like a teddy bear.

I have one in my tank.........the photo on the u-build it is of my Teddy Bear Crab......that is the only photo that I have ever been able to take of that thing.
I personally haven't had any trouble whatsoever with mine but, there is another member on here that is convinced that his has been murderous.
Hard to find info on the little bugger but, it is an expensive hitchhiker!
