Crab with fans for arms?

My local ***** has these crabs with fans for arms. They are mostly white colored. They wave the fans in the water like they are filter feeding. Anybody know what are they called so i can do a bit of research. SWF.com has nothing that looks like them on their site.
They are $4.50 does that sound like a good deal?

Porcelain Crab, they're peaceful and mostly just eat what they pull out of the water, 4.50 would be a very good price.

The porcelain crabs on swf.com don't look anything like the ones i saw. Are there more than one type of porcelain crab?

Nope not a boxer. Not to be rude but as i said earlier swf.com has nothing like it on their site. I know i have seen them somewhere else, like (gasp) another website, or a book. I think i am going to pick up two of them anyway. They look really cool, i just want to know what they are.

Post a pic when you get them so that we can see them please. You have my interest piqued.

yet again, swf's pics are not 100% accurate. i have a porcelan crab that is more blue than red like theirs pictured, and they dont show the fans.

i wouldn't buy an invert, or any SWF for that matter, from *****. They do not acclimate anything, and depending on how long they have had these crabs, they have not eaten in at least a week.

Yeah i know they are not the best but for $4.50 i am willing to give one or two a try. They just got them in yesterday, i asked the clerk. That pic is closer joojoo but i still don't think that is what it is. the crab had actual fans like very fine nets as part of one set of appendages. They are not anemones they are actually part of the crab. They did tuck them under their bodies when they were not waving them in the water so you could not see the fans all the time. I will post some pics after i pick them up so that we can solve this mystery.

Got an ID! You were right joojoo it is a white anemone crab. I was confused by the fact that he had his fan arms tucked under his body. Here is the pic i found.

I am going to pick up a pair of them tonight, $4.50 seems like a a steal.

very nice deal :) mine hangs out with my shrimp goby. I saw only its claw the otherday and was very sad. but, then i saw it filtering deeper in the rocks and realized it must have molted :)
such a sinking heart feeling when you see a molt.

Do you have an anemone for it or not? I read they eat filtered stuff from the water and the mucus secreted from an anemones foot. Do you have any problems with it interacting with other crabs? Thanks for any firsthand info.

oh sure, i have 2 anenomes. know where it hangs out? at the bottom of the friggin tank with my shrimp goby. know where my clowns hang out? total opposite side of the anenomes. unsocial jerks...
i rarely see any interaction with all 4 of my crabs. it does let the sally know its there though and the sally just keep cleaning the sand. its more of a "sally stop bumping in to me" type of thing.

My porcelain crabs (not my porcelain anemone crabs) actually look just like the one pictured on SWF's site.
