I posted the link several months ago, heres the quote:
"And now for the most commonly perpetuated myth of all. Someone in the forum asks if they think it is possible to place a 120 gallon tank on the second floor of their apartment. The answers inevitably go something like this: "I see no reason you can't. I've had a 125 gallon aquarium in my bedroom for years."
This is a myth. Some floors can support the weight and some floors will inevitebly sag over time.

Put your livestock on a new container with water form the tank, and assorted pieces of PVC so they have a place to hide and reduce the stress.
Put the LR/Base rock on another container with more water from the tank.
Empty the tank and move the LS to the new tank. Put back base rock, LR, and the ‘old’ water that was on the container with them. Complete to the desired level with new water (kind of a big water change) and connect all filters etc. Most probably the water parameters are going to be messed up due to the fact that you had to disturb the LS, this may release some toxins into the water column, I would keep my live stock out of the tank for a few days until everything goes back to normal, and all parameters are OK, then I would acclimate them to the ‘new’ tank
While the livestock is on the container I would try to feed them as little as possible to avoid ammonia spike on the holding container. Remember that without the LS/LR and any of your regular filters from your ‘old’ tank, the bacteria that process ammonia-nitrites-nitrates is almost non-existent therefore an ammonia spike from feeding would be almost unavoidable.
Sorry I can’t help with the question about the floor.
Hope this helps, and good luck.

Welp. what I did when this happened to me. I had a 150g leaking..... Pumped out what my bathtub would handle. Put in a powerhead and a heater. REmoved the LR and the fishies, and put them in there. Removed the CC, into 4 5galloon buckets. Rinsed out the tank. Took it back to the store with my receipt,(life time guarenteed) and got another one.
No body died in the bath tub transition.

I'm just curious did you treat the tub with water conditioner because I know I use cleaners on my tub.

Excellent idea. Wish I had thought of that sooner.
I'll post some picks of my tank tomorrow after I finish the switch.
I forgot that I had ordered a red open brain and a frogspawn from here and that it was being delivered today. Thank God my wife was at home so it did't sit on the front porch all day.
Just one more thing to add to my troubles.

Nope, nothing special done to the tub, besides a good rinse with a rag.
