craziness at the lfs

well i went to *****--i no i no i was just looking for a tank
i was looking at their clowns well
there were 4 of them in the tank 2 big 1 smaller 1 really small
the 2 big clowns was pretty much killindthe smallest one in front of me
so i went and told the sales guy....he says thats normal and it will be fine
so i go back to look and its floating upside down getting nipped
yea okay mr ***** guy
one more
my lfs which is pretty good....really health fish nice guys..they had at least a 10in emperor or queen or something liek that in like a 30g tank...i wudve bought it but i dont even have a tank up yet

I can match this one.
I was in a LFS and was looking at there frag lagoon. Its about 3-4" deep and 24" x 24". They hold there clowns in there and a few other small fish.
I was observing about 12 skunk clowns and 1 tiny QUEEN TRIGGER
This thing was going from clown to clown handing out beat downs. And would always resort to this half dead clown in the corner with nowhere to go. I got someones attention but the girl just told me she would let someone know.
I went back about 5-7 days later and was talking to the kid that takes care of the tanks. The trigger was there but no clowns. I told him what I saw and his response was..."Really? Everytime I looked they were fine. Must be why they're all dead."

I observed for 5-10 minutes....This is his job....
poor clowns.

I don't mean to interrupt the flow of the conversation, but if you know the store is bad and they have terrible practices with their fish, why would support them with ANY of your money??? You are just helping keep them open and funded another day. Money talks more than anything, and if a store is not making money, they are going to change or close. Either of these options would be great if it happened to ***** or any LFS that has bad practices.

well you and i know this is an expesive hobby and if i can save money to breed my own fish in the future i will...and believe me there is enough people out there that dont know better and will always go to *****..sorry to bust ur bubble stores liek them will always be around unless people like you and i breed the fish...and alot of them

I know I am twisted but that sounds like a site to see . Kinda like the old WWF when hogan would hulk up and whoop on every bad guy in the place .

I hate ***** and Petsmart with a fiery passion. I once saw one employee back home in Chicago kill a bird.

Hope he and all those nasty employees
