Crazy Algae help

Ive been dealing with this algae for a while now. got rid of the thick purple stuff by peeling it offf my rocks. And gave them a good scrubbing but. It keeps coming back now brown hairlike stuff.
How can i get rid of it?
About to install a 20 gallon sump
Its for a 75 Gallon SW
1 Yellow Tang
1 Madarin Dragon
1 cleaner Shirimp
4 damsels
2 ocellaris clown
1 Lawnmower Blenny
3 Ricordia
1 Zoe
Live rock and Clean up crew.

some one will probably beat me to the punch but questions for you...
how long are your lights on and what type
what type of water do you use...well, ro, tap
what are your parameters..esspecialy PO4
and the temperature of your water
also how new is your tank?
For example with my aquarium when I first started it..it bloomed with diatoms and then was quickly replaced with hair algae.. Turns out my well water was the culprit and I had to go buy RO water till I could order my own RO/DI unit.. phosphate is in almost all water and It is super food for algeas in our aquariums. Then we further agrivate the system by giving the stuff plenty of light...and wham! you have a problem.

Usually 9 hrs moon lights come on at night for 2 hours.
two t5HO 1 blue actinic the other 10,000 k i think.
I use RO water from my LFS
Parameters r
calcium way off my charts around 560 ppm
KH 8dKh/143.2ppm
phos 1.0
nitrate 0
nitrite 0
amon 0
PH 8.2-8.4
2 years it was a 55 we moved in Dec now its a 75.
thats when the diatoms came back and the hair algae too.

What kind of flow do you have in your tank do you use powerheads You have a pretty heavy bio load in there you should get your sump installed as soon as you can.you need it.you should try a phosphate remover.

i got two powerheads one at each end they move the water pretty good ill get back to you as to what size they are. Just purchased 2 more t5s so now i have 4. working on sump right now will get back.
