crazy day

geez all the stuff i got going on and now this. i am building a house.my foundation is set up and plumbed.a very good friend of mine does foundations for a living.i dont so i asked him to come out and check it.on his way out he was about ten minutes from where i am he called.he asked where the nearest hospital is?i asked why 20 minutes or more from where you are.whats going on?he said i dont know,then he started getting quiet.he was parked at a gas station.i asked if he was alone he answered but couldnt make out what he said. he got quiet again so i got loud untill he answered.i asked if anything is numb like your arm he said yes his right arm.i said hang up and call 911 i am on my way.well when i got there there was 2 firetrucks,2 cop cars and he was in the ambulance already.i walked in and he was all hooked up to the ekg. he was awake but not all there. he had a heart attack. they had him stable and were leaving to the hospital.so i got his keys and called his brother to meet me for his truck. so now i sit worrying.weird i deal with this stuff all the time with my fire dept. but sucks seeing a good friend hooked up to all that equiptment.i talked to the paramedic .he said he should be fine and probably needs some stints.my friend has a huge family so i wont bug them till later.

Wow...it was very good thing he was talking to you at that moment, and he listened when you told him to call 911 right then and there. I'm with Meowzer, when two come together to pray....

thanks ladies.i got the call last night around 6pm.he is going to be just fine.now here is the weird thing.they said it wasn't a heart attack.i haven't got the whole report but the docs said it had something to do with stress and migraines he has been getting?never heard of heart attack symptoms from that.i know a panic attack will seem like it.but i still have to get the whole story.they even said they might let him go home last night.

Incidents like this make me feel like I need to start eating healthier and going better for myself...
I'll be keeping your friend in my thoughts and prayers. I hope all is well.
My dad has had two heart attacks - the second one was major - and he was back at work within three weeks... I'm sure your friend will be fine too.
